Todd Bagatelas, CEO
Todd's journey into the caregiving realm commenced in 2009 when he encountered the challenge of securing top-notch care for his father, a Navy veteran. This personal encounter sparked Todd's fervor for ensuring veterans and their families receive the empathetic support they rightfully deserve. With an extensive background spanning over 20 years in the travel business, Todd brings a distinctive viewpoint to the caregiving industry. His objective extends beyond merely offering a service; he aims to establish authentic connections, comprehending the unique needs of veterans and their families on a profound level.
Olivia Beard, DNP, Operations Director
With a background in bedside nursing since 2014, Olivia's dedication to the field led her to earn a Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2021. Having witnessed the critical importance of healthcare education and preventative care during her time in the ICU, Olivia has a deep understanding of the unique needs of our clients. Continuing her role as a critical care nurse practitioner, Olivia brings a wealth of experience and a passion for caring for others to our organization. Olivia finds fulfillment in meeting our clients' specific needs by developing an individualized approach to their care.
Nico Bagatelas, Operations Director
After graduating from Dartmouth in 2020, Nico started his career in global sales and partnerships in cybersecurity. His subsequent tenure at a management consultancy in NYC was pivotal, honing his expertise in business strategy. Inspired by the care needs of elderly family members and driven by a passion for community service, Nico is motivated to apply his skills to meaningful endeavors. At ATC, Nico is responsible for seeking new opportunities to provide compassionate care and upholding our business procedures to maintain high-quality delivery.
Anna paris, human resources
Meet Anna Paris, an integral part of our team since 2013. As our dedicated HR professional, Anna efficiently manages clients and caregivers in Memphis, TN, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for all. Before joining All TN Caregivers, Anna had a fulfilling career as a teacher, bringing a wealth of interpersonal and organizational skills to her current role. With the biggest heart for caring for others, she plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive and nurturing environment within our team.
Rudy Bernil, Homecare Supervisor
For the past 13 years, Rudy has served as a Homecare Supervisor at ATC. After dedicating 36 years to elementary education, he embarked on a new journey in retirement to care for his elderly mother and support the church community. Witnessing the increasing demand for home health care among family and congregation members, Rudy recognized the need for in-home care services. In this journey, Rudy has found immense fulfillment in contributing to the quality of life for those in their care.
